At the library’s corner, dynamic swirls emerge, capturing the essence of turbulence in a frozen moment of colossal energy. The design features various landscape elements, each differing in size and material, that collectively reveal the building’s multifaceted functions. These carefully crafted features serve as both links and bridges, seamlessly connecting the structure to its surrounding terrain and uniting the different levels within the facility.
